Step 1
License first
Commercial portrait generation is gated. Buy or activate a portrait license before uploading a real person face dataset.
Step 2
Dataset quality
Prepare 3 to 12 clean JPG or PNG photos with front-facing angles, even lighting, and no heavy filters, masks, or sunglasses.
Step 3
Consent and identity
Confirm PDPA-compliant consent and identity ownership before training a LoRA tied to a named subject.
Step 4
Training readiness
After dataset upload, monitor the LoRA status until it reaches ready. Only then should generation be unlocked.
Recommended Sequence
- 1. Activate or verify the portrait license tied to the subject.
- 2. Upload the face dataset from the portrait workspace.
- 3. Wait for the LoRA training state to reach ready.
- 4. Generate watermarked licensed portraits and download the certificate package.
