Portrait Onboarding

Prepare the subject,
then train safely.

This onboarding route exists to keep the licensed portrait workflow clean. Treat it as the operational checklist before you enter the generation workspace.

Output after onboarding
  • Watermarked portrait outputs stored in R2
  • Certificate snapshot attached to each licensed render
  • Audit trail of prompt, subject, model version, and usage
  • License-aware render limits for commercial delivery
Checklist
Step 1

License first

Commercial portrait generation is gated. Buy or activate a portrait license before uploading a real person face dataset.

Step 2

Dataset quality

Prepare 3 to 12 clean JPG or PNG photos with front-facing angles, even lighting, and no heavy filters, masks, or sunglasses.

Step 3

Consent and identity

Confirm PDPA-compliant consent and identity ownership before training a LoRA tied to a named subject.

Step 4

Training readiness

After dataset upload, monitor the LoRA status until it reaches ready. Only then should generation be unlocked.

Recommended Sequence
  1. 1. Activate or verify the portrait license tied to the subject.
  2. 2. Upload the face dataset from the portrait workspace.
  3. 3. Wait for the LoRA training state to reach ready.
  4. 4. Generate watermarked licensed portraits and download the certificate package.
Next Action

Open the licensed workspace.

Once the dataset and consent are ready, use the portrait workspace for queue-backed generation, watermarking, and certificate issuance.
